Order Processing Time

All orders are inspected and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 business days following receipt of order confirmation. Processing does not occur on weekends or bank holidays, which may result in slight delays.

Shipping Destination & Delivery Time

Since our products are shipped directly from our design studio in China, delivery to the United Kingdom typically takes:

Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on destination and customs clearance.

Shipping Costs

We’re pleased to offer free standard delivery in the UK for all orders — no minimum spend required.

Tracking Your Parcel

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing:

- A direct link to the courier’s tracking page

Updating Your Address

If you’d like to change your delivery address, contact us immediately after placing your order and before your parcel is dispatched. Note: We cannot guarantee address changes once the parcel is with the courier.
